This year, my visit to St. Moritz was nothing short of extraordinary, as I had the privilege of combining the thrill of Snow Polo with a transformative Longevity Retreat at the Giardino Mountain. The seamless blend of high-energy sporting action and holistic well-being made this an experience to remember.
The Snow Polo World Cup was, as always, a breathtaking spectacle. Watching world-class players and their magnificent horses charge across the frozen lake, set against the stunning backdrop of the Engadin mountains, was both exhilarating and elegant. The electric atmosphere, the precision of the game, and the exclusive social scene made it an unforgettable highlight of the winter season.
After the excitement of the polo matches, I found complete balance and rejuvenation at the Longevity Retreat at Giardino Mountain. Designed to restore both body and mind, the retreat offered an immersive experience in well-being, relaxation, and preventive health. Each day was carefully curated with a mix of breathing exercises and yoga, allowing me to reconnect with myself while surrounded by the pristine Alpine landscape.

Staying in a Junior Suite at the Giardino Mountain added an extra layer of luxury to the entire experience. The elegant comfort, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality made it the ideal retreat after days filled with excitement, learning, and relaxation.
